A historically inspired commercial building with shops on the bottom and offices on the second floor!

The first floor contains a coffee shop/bakery/cafe, a shoe store and cobbler, and a laundry service.

The second floor contains a bathroom and four offices — two solo rooms, an office with a reception room, and a noir detective office where the detective is living in the adjoining room.

Variations include a winter version, an empty version, a lit nighttime version, and a dark nighttime version.

The map is sized at 10 squares by 10 squares, or 1400 by 1400 pixels at 72 dpi.
